Reader's Digest Greatest Hits Live CD--Help!!

I have lost two thirds of my "Greatest Hits Live" CD during one of my many moves...I have found it on the Reader's Digest Website in Canada, but apparently they won't ship to the U.S. Does any one have one for sale? Or is there a friend in Canada who would be willing to by my proxy in a purchase? Would love to hear "Skybird" show opener again--my all-time favorite!! Thanks to anyone with advice.

I had trouble finding one, too, but I did. I just don't remember where. Also, check Ebay.
